I am writing to thank you for your service. We ordered an Armenian Ceramic
Passover Plate for this year's passover. As it was out of stock, you sent us a
silver-plated Passover Plate instead, to replace our order. Considering that
Passover is just a few days away, and that a new order would not have made it in
time, I am so thankful for your thoughtfulness in sending us a nice replacement.
