Dear Sirs,
When my order no. 15056 arrived more than a week ago I was upset to see that the Seder Plate had been shattered to pieces. Unfortunately it seems my email to you, never arrived. But after my husband spoke to you on the phone and explained that the plate and everything else we ordered were presents for my sister-in-law for her engagement, the replacement plate arrived within no time (and completely unharmed). Fantastic. Thank you so very much. By the way, my sister-in-law loves the items and can’t wait to use them. As it so happens, I love them as well and I’m thinking of getting a similar dish very soon. I ordered some products for Passover on 4/2/05, they arrived safely on 4/11/05.
Considering these were breakable items, I have to say the packaging was excellent - nothing broken. It takes almost as long to receive products mailed in this country (USA) and they don't always arrive in such good shape.
I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE MERCHANDISE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
