Not checked before shippingDo you not check your good before packing. This came with a soiled white frame. Obviously someone handled it whose hands were not clean. Returned it immediately and received a new one. prompt service. hope next time each item is examined before sending it on its way.

Peeling lettersBought this only a few weeks ago and hung it at my entrance. cannot believe what I see but the letters are peeling away. What a poor quality item!
