Tuli Bilbuli is one of those delightful characters that everyone loves. The very name makes us smile. Bilbul is Hebrew for mixing-up or confusing and that is what Tuli does. Filmed at an Israeli children’s museum, the toys and exhibits come to life as Tuli tries to master some basic Hebrew language and grammar skills. We laugh and sing along.
