About Pe'er HaSTaM:

The company is under the management of Yosef Belz, expert scribe, graduate of Yeshivas "Ateret Israel" of the Rabbi Baruch Mordechai Ezrahi and Yeshivas "Ma'alot Hatora" of the Rabbi Shmuel Orbach in Jerusalem.

Pe'er HaSTaM produces and markets Torah Scrolls, Tefillin (in every variety of script and custom: Beit Yosef, Ari, Sefardi, Chabad, Rashi, and Rabbenu Tam), Mezuzot and Megillot (scrolls of Esther, and other scrolls read in the synagogue) of the highest quality, kashrut, and fine style.

All the items are kosher and written on Klaf Shelil which have the highest quality and kashrut. Each Torah, tefillin (parchments) and mezuzah provided are painstakingly checked by certified and expert examiner, computer checked in Mishmereth STaM and comes with a warranty.  The main scribe in charge of the kashrut is the Rabbi Yohanan Rubinstein who is an experienced sofer, scribe, and examiner certified by the Rabbis of Mishmereth STaM (see recommendations).

The production facilities, that are located in the religious city of Bnei Brak, include:

*A department for writing and proofreading the Torah Scrolls, Parshiut (for Tefillin), Mezuzut and   Megillot.
*A warehouse where all the additional items are stored.
*A workshop for the production of the Tefillin.
The entire process is charactarized by its percision, the sets of Tefillin are assembled by a staff of expert, knowledgeable craftsmen.
