Return Policy

If, for any reason, you have a complaint or wish to return merchandise, we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
Before returning merchandise, contact our sales department by telephone at 914-595-1744(US) or by email:, specifying your order confirmation number (see Return Instructions).
Merchandise should be returned within 60 days of delivery. When returned it must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original box

Sorry - we will not be able to accept for return or refund:

  • Custom-made items ordered with names or personalized messages
  • Custom tied tzitzit or techelet (anything under "special features")
  • Mezuzahs, Tallitot or Tefillin that have been used - even for one time
  • Cosmetics or media items that have been opened.

Customers in Europe (Besides the UK) who does not accept delivery of the package because they do not want to pay the local customs fee, the package will be returned to us for a refund. Please be aware that we will deduct the shipping cost and customs fees charged to us in Israel upon return of the item, from the refund price of the item.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels, if the package is returned due to an error on our side, we will pay for return shipping.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations- 2010 (Transaction Cancellation) and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law of 1981.
