Product Description

This compact size Shofar-horn is shaded black and has a natural finish. The choice of a natural or polished Shofar is a personal preference and does not affect its Kashrut or sound quality.

This non-scented Shofar is handcrafted in Israel and carries the Rabbinate certification. Before shipping, we check every Shofar for sound and quality.

This Shofar comes in size 11"-12". The length is determined by measuring along the outside curve. Note: The Shofar pictured here is for illustration - color and shape vary.

The Shofar, usually horn of a ram, is a reminder of "the binding of Isaac" when Abraham displayed his willingness to sacrifice his son to G-d and when the angel prevented him, he sacrificed a ram to G-d. Ever since, the Shofar is used to invoke Divine mercy in the merit of Abrahamís supreme devotion to G-d.

When purchasing this shofar you will receive our informative Shofar Guide with tips on blowing and caring for your shofar.

Barsheshet-Ribak is an Israeli shofar company dating back hundreds of years, passed from father to son, who painstakingly craft the shofars with dedication and reverence for this spiritual item. Small but powerful Shofar

Excellent product, very quickly delivered and fantastic to start learning to blow the Shofar. ASAP as I can I will leave this one for my child and pass to a longer one, which I imagine maybe a bit more difficult to make it sound properly. CheerS!
